Why are they endangered?
Pandas are endangered, there are about 1,000 pandas living in the wild and about 100 in zoos. They are endangered because their habitats are getting cut down by humans for crop land, or to make more roads. They eat lots of bamboos because the bamboos don't have alot of nutrients. They need it for energy. Since their food gets cut down they won't have enough food. There could be lots of pandas living in the same area and they can't all share the bamboos.
